Energy is a vital resource whether we receive it in the form of Electricity, Gas, Oil, Petrol, Diesel Oil or we burn it as wood, coal, biomass or in any other form. Obviously supplies are finite and one day we will run out however that will probably be for future generations to experience. Unfortunately our use of energy also has an impact on the environment in the form of pollution and contribution towards Global Warming and Climate Change.

We therefore have a number of responsibilities to reduce usage by reducing waste and thereby to reduce emissions to atmosphere. The future is in our hands and we owe a duty of care to those who come after us.
